Setup your email account in Outlook 2013/2016

  1. Open Outlook 2016. If you see a Welcome screen, select Next > Yes.
  2. Select File > Add Account.
  3. Select Manual setup or additional server types. Select IMAP > Next.
  4. Fill in your name as you want recipients to see it and fill in your email address.
  5. Select IMAP as the Account Type.
  6. Incoming Mail Server: Enter (Replace with your actual domain name).
  7. Outgoing Mail Server(SMTP): Enter (Replace with your actual domain name).
  8. The username is your full email address and your email address password. Tick ‘Remember password‘.
  9. Click ‘More Settings‘. Select ‘Outgoing Server‘ and tick the first box ‘My outgoing server requires authentication‘.
  10. Click ‘OK‘. Click ‘Next‘ and ‘Finish‘.
